Property Policies
Deposit Policy:
This is a prepaid reservation. The entire cost of
your stay, including tax, will be charged upon booking.
You are only responsible for incidentals during
your stay.
Guarantee Policy:
In the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee
of $20.00 (USD) will be applied. This is in addition
to any penalties which may applied by the hotel
due to their cancellation policy.
Cancel Policy:
Full refund, less $50.00. u.s. cancellation fee
to cover booking expense will be granted if cancellation
is received no less than 45 days prior to departure,
except holiday cancellations which are required
60 days prior to departure.
